Description:Arizona Office Technologies (AOT), a Xerox Company, is the elite sales and service provider of digital document imaging solutions for Arizona.

This Phoenix BASED candidate will be overlay sales Xerox production support to the Arizona Sales Teams. This position will require leading these teams to solutions that facilitate the sale of hardware and stand-alone as workflow solutions to our current and prospective clients. A minimum of 5 years’ experience is required.

-Pre sales calls on production monochrome and production graphics color devices, DFE solutions, and document workflow software and graphics sensitive applications/software.
-Able to identify, articulate and implement products, solutions and services to customer requirements and provide to account management.
-Articulate and position full spectrum of Xerox products, services and solutions to key departmental decision makers for true workflow solution.
-Assist in developing and implementing solution to identify and support incremental value added services, software and/or products handled by division.
-Follow order throughout install, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction in all post sale activities, including custom configuration of software and hardware.
-Assist sales team with production expertise and proper configuration support for the proposed solution.
-Generate revenue stream for any/all advanced application support hours to cover system software upgrades, desktop publishing training, software application troubleshooting, desktop software installations, color calibration services, color correction and customization, moves, adds and changes.

Qualifications:
-Must have at least years sales experience in production software/hardware/workflow
-Bachelors in Business or Marketing preferred
-Highly developed job related skills of production software including: VDP, Imposition/Composition & Cross Media
-Background in Major Account Business Development a plus
-Knowledge of the Arizona market a plus
-Business to business sales experience
-Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
-Strong ability to grasp new technology
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Ability to effectively address customer issues & build strong customer relations
-Own transportation and valid driver license and auto insurance coverage required
