|Description:||Arizona Office Technologies is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual with knowledge of and experience working with enterprise CRM (Customer Relationship Management) applications and databases. This position will work closely with our sales department to ensure proper use of CRM and data. This role serves as the business administrator and supports the entire sales force as a data expert. Additionally, this person will have a large role helping to develop strategies and material to help the sales force leverage available resources.|
Under general supervision, this position collects and analyzes data for our sales force. This position also generates sales, marketing and financial reports, is responsible for daily maintenance and ensuring the information in the CRM is up to date and accurate and that all users have access to relevant information that is needed for their job duties.
Perform quarterly and annual reviews of territories with Sales Management to optimize territories and ensure integrity
Meet user access requirements and resolve any problems with CRM or data integrity
Manage/Import Prospect lists from external data sources
Segment clients into groups based on varying criteria (company size, revenue, industry etc.) as needed by the company and sales teams
Assist Management team with marketing incentives and promotions
Act on requested changes, up dates and modifications with regards to data and structure, including database programming and integration
Work directly with the Director of Training and VP of Sales to support the development and execution of training programs for new and experienced sales reps
Provide training as needed for the CRM to people of various departments and positions
Collaborate with Sales Managers and VP of Sales to define CRM business requirements and participate in project planning through execution
Design, prepare and deliver reports, recommendations or alternatives that address usage, existing and potential trouble areas in CRM systems within the organization.
Ad hoc projects as needed to meet business objectives
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment under stress/pressure to meet deadlines and financial objectives.
Ability to travel to branch locations, customer sites, off-site meetings, and company related functions
Ability to sit for extended periods of time at desk
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Consistently exhibit a positive attitude, interact professionally and work productively with all levels of employees.
Minimum Bachelors degree or related engineering discipline, preferred to have Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology
Various certificates relating to job duties and responsibilities
1-3 years of database management experience in a sales environment.
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
Minimum 2 years of hands on experience working with data from a SQL (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle etc.) platform
Experience creating and generating custom database reports using reporting tools such as SSRS, Crystal Reports or similar
Ability to quickly learn business processes and proprietary systems.
Must be able to work in a team environment as position will require collaboration among Sales, internal support teams and third party CRM vendor
Ability to work with diverse groups with varying levels of ability and skills to develop better ways to utilize database for ease of use by sales force and support staff
Strong organizational skills and ability to use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities.
Ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions.
Strong presentation skills required.
Possess ability to interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction prepare, provide and convey diversified information.
Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
